Insomnia's not that bad. It gives you time to do stuff, like read a book.
insomnia sucks. although, it probably doesnt help that i drink 8 cups of coffee a day...
Take some melatonin to ease you into sleep
matthias has a good suggestion, melatonin pills helped me for a little while then i think i sort of developed an immunity to them haha
Eat some turkey, or have a glass of warm milk before bed. I feel for you man, sometimes I have the same problems.
